The shipping company will deliver the package to the address you provided. The carrier will make several delivery attempts on different business days.
Orders to mainland Spain will be delivered within 24-48 business hours. We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
We ship to Europe within the areas defined within the European Community.
Shipping costs will depend on the destination. Shipping costs will be free for Spain & the Balearic Islands; for Europe, the cost will be €9.99.
For orders over €70, shipping costs will also be free within Europe.
The first model/diopter change will be free.
In the event of a model/diopter exchange, a pickup shipment will be arranged, with the alternative being collected upon delivery. The package must be wrapped in perfect condition to ensure it is not damaged in transit & the glasses arrive in good condition at our warehouse.
In the case of a return, a pickup will be arranged at the delivery address. The package must be wrapped to prevent damage during shipping. If the product arrives damaged due to improper packaging, the handling fee for the exchange of the box, €3.00, will be deducted.
In addition to the commercial policy on exchanges and returns, consumers have a legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide justification.
