Se estima que <strong>hasta el 80% de la informaci\u00f3n que procesamos es visual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, pocas veces nos detenemos a pensar en c\u00f3mo estamos utilizando nuestros ojos en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Especialmente en un contexto donde las pantallas ocupan gran parte de nuestro tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>No se trata solo de cu\u00e1nto miramos, sino de <strong>c\u00f3mo lo hacemos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Una forma de mirar que ha cambiado<\/h2>\n<p>Hace unos a\u00f1os, la vista alternaba de forma natural entre distancias: leer, caminar, observar, descansar. Hoy, gran parte del tiempo se concentra en un \u00fanico tipo de enfoque: <strong>distancias cortas y sostenidas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ordenadores, m\u00f3viles, tablets. Todo sucede en un espacio reducido, con la mirada fija durante largos periodos.<\/p>\n<p>Este cambio no es puntual, es estructural. Y tiene consecuencias.<\/p>\n<h2>Fatiga visual por pantallas: m\u00e1s com\u00fan de lo que parece<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>fatiga visual digital<\/strong> no aparece de un d\u00eda para otro. Se construye poco a poco, como resultado de una exigencia constante.<\/p>\n<p>No siempre se percibe como un problema grave, pero s\u00ed como una suma de peque\u00f1as molestias que se repiten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cansancio visual al final del d\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>Dificultad para mantener el enfoque<\/li>\n<li>Sensaci\u00f3n de vista \u201ccargada\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Necesidad de descansar la mirada con frecuencia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con el tiempo, estas se\u00f1ales dejan de ser puntuales y pasan a formar parte de la rutina.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 ocurre realmente cuando usas pantallas durante horas<\/h2>\n<p>El ojo est\u00e1 preparado para adaptarse, pero no para mantener el mismo esfuerzo durante tanto tiempo seguido.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando trabajas o consumes contenido en una pantalla:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>enfoque se mantiene fijo<\/strong> durante largos periodos<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>parpadeo se reduce<\/strong>, lo que afecta a la hidrataci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>La musculatura ocular permanece en tensi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>La exposici\u00f3n a luz artificial es constante<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El problema no es una acci\u00f3n concreta, sino la repetici\u00f3n continua de este patr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>Por qu\u00e9 normalizamos el cansancio visual<\/h2>\n<p>Una de las claves est\u00e1 en que la fatiga visual no suele ser incapacitante. Permite seguir trabajando, leyendo o utilizando el m\u00f3vil.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso se normaliza.<\/p>\n<p>Se asume que es parte del d\u00eda a d\u00eda, igual que el cansancio f\u00edsico o mental. Pero no deber\u00eda ser as\u00ed. visual.<\/p>\n<h3>Escuchar las se\u00f1ales del cuerpo<\/h3>\n<p>No esperar a que aparezca el cansancio extremo para descansar.<\/p>\n<h2>El papel de las gafas en entornos digitales<\/h2>\n<p>Cuando el uso de pantallas forma parte de la rutina, algunos apoyos pueden ayudar a mejorar la experiencia visual.<\/p>\n<p>Las gafas con <strong>blue light filter<\/strong> est\u00e1n pensadas para acompa\u00f1ar este tipo de uso, ayudando a reducir la sensaci\u00f3n de fatiga en exposiciones prolongadas.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed puedes introducir una imagen de producto en uso o detalle de montura, integrada en un entorno cotidiano.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, elegir modelos fabricados con <strong>materiales reciclados<\/strong> permite integrar el cuidado visual dentro de una forma de consumo
