The carrier will make several delivery attempts on different business days.<\/p>\n<p>Orders to mainland Spain will be delivered within 24-48 business hours. We do not ship to the Canary Islands.<\/p>\n<p>We ship to Europe within the areas defined within the European Community.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping costs will depend on the destination. Shipping costs will be free for Spain &amp; the Balearic Islands; for Europe, the cost will be \u20ac9.99.<\/p>\n<p>For orders over \u20ac70, shipping costs will also be free within Europe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Return policy.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The first model\/diopter change will be free.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a model\/diopter exchange, a pickup shipment will be arranged, with the alternative being collected upon delivery. The package must be wrapped in perfect condition to ensure it is not damaged in transit &amp; the glasses arrive in good condition at our warehouse.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of a return, a pickup will be arranged at the delivery address. The package must be wrapped to prevent damage during shipping.
